All purchases on Fliax are for digital content delivered immediately upon payment. Purchases are generally non-refundable once the compatibility result has been unlocked.

Exceptions: full refund if

  1. charged more than once due to technical error, or
  2. content not delivered due to an issue on our side.

To request a refund: contact hola@graciasalaplaya.es within 14 days of purchase, including your order reference number. Response within 5 business days.

This policy does not affect statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
