1. Age Requirement

Fliax is intended only for users aged 18 and above. To use our services, users must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any features of Fliax.
• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a person under the age of 18.

2. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Fliax enforces strict safeguards to protect minors and prevent abuse. Specifically:

• We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and CSAM.
• Any behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
• Confirmed violations result in immediate enforcement actions, including account restriction or termination.

3. App Functionality Overview

Fliax is a compatibility test app. The app currently provides the following constraints and controls:

• Compatibility comparison is available only via privately shared codes.
• No public user-generated feed or public interaction surfaces are available.
• Users may upload a profile avatar for their own account, but public media sharing features are not provided.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Fliax:

• CSAM: Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• CSAE: Any Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE), including grooming or solicitation involving minors.
• Sexualized Minor Content: Any sexualized content involving individuals under 18 years of age, including impersonation of minors for exploitative purposes.
• Facilitating Harm: Any behavior that promotes or facilitates harm to children.

5. Reporting Concerns

If you believe someone is misusing Fliax or violating these standards, please report it immediately:

• Reference the app website at https://www.fliax.com when submitting your report context.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement authority immediately.

6. Enforcement and Cooperation with Authorities

If we become aware of activity that violates these Child Safety Standards, we may:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
• Restrict access to the service.
• Preserve relevant information where legally required.
• Report confirmed instances of CSAE/CSAM to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities, and cooperate as required by applicable laws.

7. Parental Guidance

We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities:

• Monitor your child's app downloads and online registrations.
• Use parental control tools available on your device to restrict access to age-inappropriate apps.
• If you discover your child is using Fliax, please contact us immediately so we can remove their account and delete any data.

8. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Fliax complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions regarding minors, the Google Play Families Policy, and all relevant Spanish and EU regulations concerning the protection of minors online.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. If Fliax introduces additional social or interactive features in future releases, we will implement appropriate moderation, reporting, and enforcement controls and update this policy accordingly. Continued use of Fliax constitutes acceptance of any updates.
